Day-by-Day Itinerary
Arrival in Kathmandu
Arrive in Kathmandu, transfer to hotel, and attend trek briefing.
Drive to Dharapani (1,860m)
A scenic drive takes you to the starting point of the trek in the Annapurna region.
Trek to Chame (2,670m)
Begin trekking along the Marsyangdi River with views of Lamjung Himal.
Trek to Pisang (3,200m)
The trail opens up to a U-shaped valley with dramatic landscapes and views of Pisang Peak.
Trek to Manang (3,540m)
Walk through the drier, upper part of Manang district, where the Tibetan-influenced culture is more prominent.
Acclimatization Day in Manang
Rest and acclimatize. Optional short hikes to nearby viewpoints or monasteries.
Trek to Khangsar (3,756m)
Leave the main Annapurna Circuit trail and head towards the remote village of Khangsar.
Trek to Tilicho Base Camp (4,150m)
A challenging day trekking through the narrow, landslide-prone area to reach Tilicho Base Camp.
Visit Tilicho Lake (4,919m), Trek to Shree Kharka (4,080m)
An early start to hike up to the stunning Tilicho Lake. After soaking in the views, descend back to Shree Kharka.
Trek to Yak Kharka (4,050m)
Rejoin the main Annapurna Circuit trail and continue the ascent towards the pass.
Trek to Thorong Phedi (4,450m)
A short trek to the base of the pass. Rest and prepare for the challenging day ahead.
Cross Thorong La Pass (5,416m), Trek to Muktinath (3,760m)
The climax of the trek. A long, strenuous day crossing the pass and descending to the sacred site of Muktinath.
Drive to Jomsom (2,720m)
Explore Muktinath in the morning before driving through the windy Kali Gandaki valley to Jomsom.
Fly to Pokhara
A spectacular morning flight from Jomsom to the beautiful lakeside city of Pokhara.
Drive/Fly to Kathmandu
Return to Kathmandu and enjoy a final farewell dinner.
Final Departure
Transfer to the airport for your onward journey.
