Fly from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj
Take a flight from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj, a city in the hot Terai plains near the Indian border. Overnight at a hotel.
Fly from Nepalgunj to Jumla (2,540m), Trek to Chere Chaur (3,055m)
A scenic morning flight to Jumla. Begin the trek with a gentle ascent to Chere Chaur.
Trek to Chalachaur (2,980m)
The trail passes through beautiful forests and meadows, crossing the Daphe Lagna pass (3,691m).
Trek to Sinja Valley (2,490m)
Descend to the historic Sinja Valley, the ancient capital of the Khasa Kingdom.
Trek to Ghorosingha (3,050m)
Follow the Ghatte Khola upstream, trekking through pine forests and small villages.
Trek to Rara Lake (2,990m)

A full day to explore the lake. Hike to Murma Top for stunning views, go boating, or simply relax by the shore.
Trek to Talcha (2,752m)
A short trek to Talcha, where the airport is located.
Fly from Talcha to Nepalgunj, then to Kathmandu
Take two flights to return to Kathmandu. Transfer to your hotel.
Final Departure
Transfer to the airport for your flight home.
